This spoken word poem is the hardest one I’ve ever written, but I realized that God isn’t afraid or intimidated by our emotions. He wants us to be honest and open with Him during our times of grief, confusion, anger [and loss]. Whenever we open ourselves up to Him then He will respond with a truth and a comfort that is greater than our circumstances. It is okay to be angry. It is okay to ask questions. God will not leave us in those times. He is with us in the pain. I hope that this poem gives you hope and a freedom to talk with Him where you are at.
